Shipping (U.S.)
We currently offer shipping within the U.S. All of our products are shipped through USPS and could be subject to delays. Every candle order will receive an initial confirmation email with the order processing timeframe. Once your order has been processed you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.
We pride ourselves in providing expedited service, so it is imperative that all shipping information noted in checkout is accurate to ensure delivery of products. Monroeville Company is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. All packages that are "returned to sender" can be re-shipped to an updated address but the re-shipping fee will be at the buyers expense.
Refund Policy
At this time, Monroeville Company does not offer refunds or returns. For any packages damaged or lost during transit please contact USPS to initiate a claim.
If your product is defective, please contact us at monroevillecompany@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your oder, with photos of the defective product.
